Daily Journaling

journalFor YEARS I would always hear how great it was to journal and write things down.  Putting your thoughts and feelings on paper was supposed to be like therapy.  But I could never bring myself to do it.  I hated to write; go figure.  Look at me now.  J It wasn’t until I started learning the principles of the Law of Attraction did I realize the true importance of journaling.  For me, journaling is not so much about writing down my feelings. Well sometimes it is, but not mostly.  I use my journal to attract all manner of positive action and circumstances to me. You see, the act of journaling creates an energy that you send out to the Universe. You get it out of your head and just put it out THERE.  I use my journals to write down affirmations, give gratitude, daily goals, etc..  You are not restricted to anything, just let your soul write.  As you start, you will be amazed what flows out of your heart.  I have a routine that I do every single morning during the week.  As soon as I get into the office, I turn my computer on and I write in my journal before I do anything else.  It only takes me about five minutes and it plays a huge role in creating a wonderful day.  It makes me feel good.  I have some stories that I could share about the powers of writing things down that is just downright amazing!  The manifestations I have had have been simply amazing.  Try it for a week and see if it doesn’t have a positive effect on you and your life.   Yes it works that fast.  I highly recommend a book called “Write It Down, Make It Happen”, by Henriette Anne Klauser.  books

I’ve read this book in the past, but plan to re-read it in the near future and provide a review here.  Have a wonderful day my friends!

    Awesome blog!

I have been journaling for as long as I can remember and one of the benefits is going back to see progress made in different areas of my life.

Along with general journaling, I adopted the “simple abundance” lifestyle of being grateful for the simple things in life that bring me joy every day, and I add five things that I am grateful for.

    Have a beautiful day :)

Saw you dropped by my blog, so came to pay a return visit. Nice blog here. :)

Daily journaling takes discipline. I kept diaries in my younger days. Mostly ranting in them about how suck life was then. LOL Never thought of writing affirmations, gratitude or daily goals. Good idea though. So good that I think I’d give it a try. :)

Thanks for paying me a visit! With your journaling, just start out slow. I don’t write alot and it takes me about five minutes. Once I start, the words just flow.
