The Law of Attraction works all the time whether we believe it does or not. It’s been a little while since my last post due to a traumatic experience I recently had to go through. When I started this blog it was to share my spiritual journey with others in hopes of improving their lives. In keeping with that, I feel that it is only right to share the bad along with the good. Today I’m going to share a personal story with you that illustrates exactly how powerful the Law of Attraction is. Please bear with me as writing this and sharing it with the world is very emotional for me......... Read more

The Law of Attraction in Action
The Power of Visualization
What is it that you believe that separates the good from the great? What’s the difference between an average athlete and a world class Olympian, or your average working class person and someone with great wealth? The answer is there is no one single factor. But I will venture to say that one of the most prominent is desire and belief in the possibility to achieve. How often have you come across someone really successful in life and thought, “eh, there’s really nothing special about them”? Admittedly, I have done this a few times, until I learned about personal power and being a powerful creator. What separates the good from the great is one’s ability to have a desire and hold a picture of that desire in their minds until it becomes a reality. As a society, we have been conditioned to believe that hard work equals success. I believe there is nothing further from the truth. Not to say that having good work ethics is not important, it is. But there are other factors that play a larger role in achieving our goals and dreams......... Read more
Be The Change You Want To See In The World
The title of this post is a famous quote from the great spiritual leader, Mahatma Ghandi. And the mission and goal of this post today is to provide each and every person that reads the words here today the opportunity to do just that. Today’s post is a call to action for all who are reading this. Before I share with you exactly what it is I would like you to do, I would like to share a few things. As many of my readers know, I am very passionate about everyone living their best lives. In doing so, I also want to highlight that a part of doing so entails doing it in ways that benefits the greatest good of everyone on this planet. Through our individual actions, we all have an impact on the collective soul of the Universe. Change starts with us. Often times we become so wrapped up in our own troubles that we forget the struggles of our neighbors, family, friends and people around the globe. We sit in our living rooms and watch the horrific events being reported going on right in our own backyards, disgusted, but feeling powerless. We are not powerless. Just one person can make a difference. We are, in fact, “Our Brother’s Keeper”. We are part of One Universal Mind and consciousness. We are all connected. That is why we feel saddened when we hear of tragedies suffered by our brothers and sisters of this world. Today I want everyone to think about giving something back. The task is really simple and will only take a few minutes of your time. That few minutes you take has the potential to save thousand of lives. Ok, so I’m sure everyone is wondering, “why are we here?” We’re here today to make a difference. We’re here to be the change we want to see in the world. I recently saw the previews of an Oprah show where the topic of discussion was how to keep your childrens safe from online predators. Being the mother of a young girl, it was very important to me that my daughter and I watched this show together. The show was very disturbing to watch, but it gave me the opportunity to continue my ongoing dialogue of the topic of Internet safety with my daughter. The stories that were shared were truly heartbreaking. And I, as a mother, felt that it was important for me to do something while I still had a child to be thankful for. I want to use this platform to help others, but at the same time, I hope that the ones being helped will help others in turn. It’s all about giving back and living a positive life. The show that I watched aired on Wednesday, 14 April 09. You can catch it on ABC or on Oprah’s website. Many of us are familiar with the very sad story of a young boy named Adam Walsh. Adam was kidnapped from a mall in Hollywood, Florida 27 years ago at the age of 6. I grew up not far from there and was a young child myself at the time, so this was something that really impacted me. This family turned their personal pain and tragedy into a crusade to help save other children from the same fate. Since Adam’s death, his father, John Walsh has been an advocate for catching criminals. Through his tremendous dedication and efforts, thousands of lives have been saved and hundreds of criminals put away. If one man can do this, what can each of us do to support this cause? Simple. A Nudge from the Universe
Even the most spiritually awakened people experience contrast in their lives. Contrast is any sort of unwanted experience. It’s usually, a negative situation or just flat out negative vibrational energy. Contrast is a part of life that is inescapable. We live in a Universe of duality. Ying and yang, male and female, night and day, black and white, good and evil. You get the point. If things were always wonderful, we wouldn’t have a true appreciation for the things that bring us joy. The challenge is to successfully strike the perfect balance between these two energies. This is what is known as living in alignment. I often speak about maintaining good vibrational energy and a positive outlook on life to attract the things that we desire. Today I want to talk about what it means when we experience contrast and how to deal with it......... Read more
Good Vibrations – Live, Laugh, Love
One of the keys to being a powerful creator using the Law of Attraction is keeping your energy and vibrations high. The best way to gauge if you are in alignment and in the place to create what you are wanting is simply to notice how you are feeling. You cannot possibly create a positive goal if you are in a slump or feeling down. Each day I make it a personal mission to find things to feel good about. I look all around for the beauty in life. I love beautiful things because they inspire me to love, dream and visualize infinite possibilities. Looking at the beauty in life all around us reminds us that anything is possible. The most simplistic things in life can bring us joy. Many of these things cost us nothing at all. One of the things that make my heart sing is being near the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves and smelling the scent of the salt water. Or listening to one of my favorite tracks on my IPOD while sitting in a bath full of hot, steaming water, sipping on a glass of wine. Among those, my other favorite thing to do is read my fair share of uplifting spiritual books. This is almost a daily ritual for me. It really doesn’t matter what it is. Just remember to take a little time out each day to feed your soul with something positive......... Read more
