One thing I know for sure is that life always hands us challenges to deal with.  I believe that these challenges are opportunities for us to grow and are there to teach us a lesson.  Until we learn the lesson that we are supposed to, we will notice a pattern evolve where we continually seem to manifest the same negative situations over and over.  I am still working on this, but progress is being made.  When I find myself in a not so favorable situation, I take the time to look inside of me to see how I may possibly be creating this.  Well not at first.  I had to practice this and I’m still in the process of getting better at it.  One of the key components I have found that works for me, is just letting whatever happens, just be.  It seems the more we rail against it, the more of it we create.  I am writing on this particular topic today because I am currently going through some contrast in my work environment. I’ve only been here about three months and things were great until one particular person showed up on the project.  Without going into too much boring detail, let’s just say, I have become her target.  ........
