Overcoming Negative Conditions

One thing I know for sure is that life always hands us challenges to deal with. I believe that these challenges are opportunities for us to grow and are there to teach us a lesson. Until we learn the lesson that we are supposed to, we will notice a pattern evolve where we continually seem to manifest the same negative situations over and over. I am still working on this, but progress is being made. When I find myself in a not so favorable situation, I take the time to look inside of me to see how I may possibly be creating this. Well not at first. I had to practice this and I’m still in the process of getting better at it. One of the key components I have found that works for me, is just letting whatever happens, just be. It seems the more we rail against it, the more of it we create. I am writing on this particular topic today because I am currently going through some contrast in my work environment. I’ve only been here about three months and things were great until one particular person showed up on the project.
