Welcome to my blog!!  The Lotus flower starts as a small flower at the bottom of a pond in mud.  It grows slowly upwards toward the surface continually moving towards the light.  Once it comes to the surface it begins to blossom into a beautiful flower.  To me, the Lotus flower represents our journey to enlightentment.  I hope to share my journey with others as well as have you share your journey with me through the message board.........
