Even the most spiritually awakened people experience contrast in their lives.  Contrast is any sort of unwanted experience. It’s usually, a negative situation or just flat out negative vibrational energy.   Contrast is a part of life that is inescapable.  We live in a Universe of duality. Ying and yang, male and female, night and day, black and white, good and evil.  You get the point. If things were always wonderful, we wouldn’t have a true appreciation for the things that bring us joy. The challenge is to successfully strike the perfect balance between these two energies.  This is what is known as living in alignment.  I often speak about maintaining good vibrational energy and a positive outlook on life to attract the things that we desire.  Today I want to talk about what it means when we experience contrast and how to deal with it.........
