Even the most spiritually awakened people experience contrast in their lives.  Contrast is any sort of unwanted experience. It’s usually, a negative situation or just flat out negative vibrational energy.   Contrast is a part of life that is inescapable.  We live in a Universe of duality. Ying and yang, male and female, night and day, black and white, good and evil.  You get the point. If things were always wonderful, we wouldn’t have a true appreciation for the things that bring us joy.
